SayNext Terms of Use

1. Operator and acceptance

SayNext is operated by Joshua Hermans-Efenudu in Ontario, Canada. Contact saynext@anytinsystems.com. By creating an account or using SayNext, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. SayNext is not intended for minors.

3. What SayNext provides

SayNext helps adults draft and rewrite dating messages using Replies, Quick Reply, and Chat style preferences. It is an AI communication-drafting assistant, not a dating platform. It does not contact other people for you or guarantee replies, dates, relationships, or any particular outcome.

4. Your responsibility

• Review every draft before deciding whether to use it.
• You decide what to send and remain responsible for your communications and conduct.
• Upload conversations or screenshots only when you have permission or the legal right to do so.
• Keep account credentials secure and report suspected unauthorized access promptly.

5. Prohibited use

• Any use involving minors or misrepresenting your age.
• Impersonation, harassment, stalking, threats, blackmail, coercion, exploitation, or non-consensual sexual content.
• Illegal sexual services, doxxing, fraud, scams, or other unlawful activity.
• Uploading malware, infringing content, or private information you have no right to use.
• Bypassing billing, usage, safety, authentication, or security controls.

6. AI limitations

AI outputs may be inaccurate, inappropriate, repetitive, or unsuitable. AI cannot perfectly understand another person's intent. SayNext does not provide professional, psychological, legal, or medical advice.

7. Your content

You retain ownership of your content where applicable. You grant the operator a limited licence to host, transmit, process, and secure that content only as needed to provide and protect SayNext as described in the Privacy Policy. You represent that you have the necessary rights and permissions for content you submit.

8. Subscriptions and purchases

The planned subscriptions for SayNext's updated version are Weekly at US$3.99 per week and Yearly at US$99.99 per year, billed as one annual payment. These plans are not yet available in the current App Store version. These are the planned standard U.S. dollar prices; prices in other storefronts may differ. The updated model does not use credits, credit balances, or credit packs.

The current App Store version offers legacy Plus and Pro monthly subscriptions and credit packs. Their price, billing period, trial, allowances, and credit terms are those shown in Apple's purchase confirmation and your receipt. Your existing purchases are not changed, cancelled, or converted by publishing these Terms. Before any purchase, review Apple's confirmation for the actual product, localized price, taxes, and offer you are accepting.

When available, both updated plans will offer a 3-day free trial for eligible new subscribers. Apple determines introductory-offer eligibility; you cannot claim a second trial by switching between plans in the same subscription group. Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, it converts to the selected paid plan at the price shown when you subscribe: US$3.99 per week or US$99.99 per year at the planned standard U.S. prices. If you are not eligible for a trial, the purchase confirmation shows when payment begins.

Apple bills your Apple Account. The subscription renews automatically for the same billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Apple may charge for renewal during the 24 hours before the next period starts. Any applicable price change will be communicated through the App Store, with consent where required.

Use Manage plan (called Manage subscription in legacy versions) in SayNext or open iPhone Settings > your name > Subscriptions > SayNext to change plans or cancel. Apple shows when a plan change or cancellation takes effect. Cancelling stops future renewals; it does not itself refund payments already made. Deleting your account or uninstalling SayNext does not cancel your subscription.

Use Restore plan (called Restore purchases in legacy versions) in SayNext to restore eligible subscriptions associated with your Apple Account. Legacy consumable credit packs are not restorable subscriptions. Refund requests for App Store purchases are handled through Apple, subject to its policies and any mandatory consumer rights.

9. Availability and account action

The service may change, experience interruptions, or discontinue features. Access may be suspended or terminated for material violations, safety risks, fraud, legal requirements, or threats to the service. Non-waivable consumer rights remain unaffected.

10. Account deletion

You may schedule permanent account deletion in Settings. The request has a 30-day recovery period and requires an explicit restore action to cancel. Deleting a SayNext account or uninstalling the app does not cancel an Apple subscription; manage cancellation through Apple first.

11. Intellectual property and providers

SayNext software, branding, and service materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Apple, Google, Supabase, OpenAI, RevenueCat, and Expo provide separate services governed by their respective terms.

12. Disclaimers and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SayNext is provided on an as-available basis without a promise that every output or feature will be error-free. Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties, remedies, or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the applicable federal laws of Canada. Disputes may be brought before the courts located in Ontario, Canada, subject to any mandatory consumer rights that apply where you live.

14. Changes and contact

These Terms are effective October 28, 2026. Material changes will be reflected by an updated effective date and communicated when appropriate. Questions can be sent to saynext@anytinsystems.com.
