SayNext Terms of Use

1. Operator and acceptance

SayNext is operated by Joshua Hermans-Efenudu in Ontario, Canada. Contact saynext@anytinsystems.com. By creating an account or using SayNext, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. SayNext is not intended for minors.

3. What SayNext provides

SayNext is an AI communication-drafting assistant. It is not a dating platform, does not contact other people for you, and does not guarantee replies, dates, relationships, or any particular outcome.

4. Your responsibility

• Review every draft before deciding whether to use it.
• You decide what to send and remain responsible for your communications and conduct.
• Upload conversations or screenshots only when you have permission or the legal right to do so.
• Keep account credentials secure and report suspected unauthorized access promptly.

5. Prohibited use

• Any use involving minors or misrepresenting your age.
• Impersonation, harassment, stalking, threats, blackmail, coercion, exploitation, or non-consensual sexual content.
• Illegal sexual services, doxxing, fraud, scams, or other unlawful activity.
• Uploading malware, infringing content, or private information you have no right to use.
• Bypassing billing, usage, safety, authentication, or security controls.

6. AI limitations

AI outputs may be inaccurate, inappropriate, repetitive, or unsuitable. AI cannot perfectly understand another person's intent. SayNext does not provide professional, psychological, legal, or medical advice.

7. Your content

You retain ownership of your content where applicable. You grant the operator a limited licence to host, transmit, process, and secure that content only as needed to provide and protect SayNext as described in the Privacy Policy. You represent that you have the necessary rights and permissions for content you submit.

8. Subscriptions and purchases

Plus and Pro are monthly subscriptions billed through Apple for iOS purchases. The app displays the localized price, billing period, allowances, and trial terms before purchase. An eligible seven-day trial automatically renews into the selected monthly subscription unless cancelled through Apple before renewal.

Restore Purchases can recover eligible purchases for the same account. Refunds are handled through Apple unless applicable law requires otherwise. Credit packs are consumable, have no cash value, and are not transferable unless required by law.

9. Availability and account action

The service may change, experience interruptions, or discontinue features. Access may be suspended or terminated for material violations, safety risks, fraud, legal requirements, or threats to the service. Non-waivable consumer rights remain unaffected.

10. Account deletion

You may schedule permanent account deletion in Settings. The request has a 30-day recovery period and requires an explicit restore action to cancel. Deleting a SayNext account or uninstalling the app does not cancel an Apple subscription; manage cancellation through Apple first.

11. Intellectual property and providers

SayNext software, branding, and service materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Apple, Google, Supabase, OpenAI, RevenueCat, and Expo provide separate services governed by their respective terms.

12. Disclaimers and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SayNext is provided on an as-available basis without a promise that every output or feature will be error-free. Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties, remedies, or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

13. Governing law and disputes

The final governing-law, venue, and dispute language remains subject to legal review. No arbitration term is implied by this draft.

14. Changes and contact
