Delete your SayNext account

Account deletion is available inside the app and includes a 30-day recovery period before permanent deletion is attempted.

Release review noticeThe deletion flow is implemented, but its final completion-email wording and signed-device release checks remain in progress.

Before requesting deletion

Deleting your SayNext account does not cancel an Apple subscription. If you have an active subscription, cancel it through Apple first. SayNext can proceed once the store confirms the subscription is cancelled, including a cancelled subscription that remains available until its paid-through date.

Schedule deletion in the app

  1. Open SayNext and go to Settings.
  2. Select Delete account.
  3. Review your subscription status and the deletion notice.
  4. Type DELETE exactly and complete the final confirmation.

SayNext signs the account out and schedules permanent deletion 30 days from the request date.

Restore during the recovery period

Sign in again within 30 days to review the pending request. Signing in alone does not restore the account. You must explicitly choose Restore account to cancel the deletion request.

After the deadline

If the request is not restored, SayNext attempts permanent cleanup after the deadline, including private app data, stored account content, purchase-coordination records where permitted, and the authentication account. Some billing or operational records may be retained when legally required.
